    CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

    Tracking details (where available) will be included in your order confirmation email. Some couriers don’t provide live ETA updates, but all aim to deliver your hamper as efficiently and securely as possible.

    DELIVERY TO SCHOOLS

    We can deliver to schools, but we recommend using a residential or business address instead to ensure your hamper arrives without issue.

    As schools typically close in the afternoon, sending to a home or office address increases the likelihood of successful delivery.

    WHAT IF NO ONE IS HOME?

    If no one is available to receive the delivery, your hamper may be left at the front door, gate, or another location considered safe by the courier.

    Please note: We cannot take responsibility for theft or damage if a hamper is left in a safe spot. If the driver considers the location unsafe, delivery will be reattempted on another day.

    Examples of unsafe locations include:

    • No sheltered place to leave the parcel
    • The property front is in clear view of the street
    • The location is exposed to weather
    • Pets may interfere with the parcel
    • Apartment buildings with no secure access
    • Large gatherings of people near the property at the time of delivery

    HOW WILL MY PURCHASE BE PACKAGED?

    All hampers are beautifully presented in our signature gift box, made from sustainably sourced materials. Items are cushioned and packed securely to protect gourmet goods, wine, and glassware during transit.

    CAN I INCLUDE A PERSONALISED MESSAGE WITH MY ORDER?

    Absolutely! Before checkout you’ll be prompted to enter a personal message. We’ll print exactly what you write, so if you’d like to stay anonymous, simply leave out your name.

    DELIVERY DURING PROMOTIONS

    Promotional offers are valid only for deliveries scheduled within the stated promotional period. Orders booked outside those dates are not eligible.

    DELIVERY DURING PUBLIC HOLIDAYS / DELIVERY EXCLUSIONS

    We’re typically closed on Public Holidays, except for key gifting occasions like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day weekend.
