1. General Terms

This website is owned and operated by Mister Roses Pty Ltd (ABN: 63 634 226 878).
By using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which may be updated at any time without prior notice.


2. Delivery

  1. Deliveries are made 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. Exact times cannot be requested.
  2. Deliveries are not available on public holidays unless otherwise specified.
  3. Special occasions (Christmas, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc.) have different terms and conditions.
  4. Couriers may leave hampers if deemed safe. If unsafe, re-delivery will be attempted the next business day.
  5. For business, schools, or hospitals, we are not responsible if items are redirected to a mailroom, reception, or front desk.
  6. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the customer is liable for all re-delivery costs.


3. Customer Responsibilities

  1. Customers must provide a valid phone number, email, and accurate delivery details.
  2. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect contact or address information.
  3. Once delivered to the specified address, responsibility passes to the customer.
  4. Customers are responsible for ensuring personalised messages are accurate.


4. Order Changes & Cancellations

  1. Orders cannot be altered or cancelled once prepared or in transit.
  2. Orders may be postponed or credited if cancellation is requested before preparation.


5. Refunds & Replacements

We offer a 100% Happiness Guarantee and aim to resolve all issues fairly.


Non-Delivery: Refunds do not apply if the delivery address was incorrect or the recipient unavailable. 


Damaged or Faulty Hampers: Please provide 2–3 photos (close-up and in-box) within 2 days of delivery. If assessed as faulty, a replacement will be sent.


Special Occasions & Promotions: Refunds are not available for orders placed during peak events (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas) or for discounted/promotional purchases.


General Policy: Refunds are not offered—replacements or store credits will be provided.


6. Small Errors

Minor errors (e.g. incorrect card message) do not qualify for refunds. We will instead offer an apology call to the recipient and read out the correct card message to them.

If the wrong hamper or missing items are delivered, please send a photo in its original packaging. A replacement will be sent promptly.


7. Complaints

Any issues must be reported to Customer Service within 5 days of delivery at:

8. Alcohol Sales

We support the Responsible Service of Alcohol. It is illegal to sell or supply alcohol to persons under 18 years of age.


9. Product Range & Substitutions

  1. All products are subject to availability.
  2. If an item is unavailable, a product of equal quality and value will be substituted.
  3. Some photos may include props not included in the hamper.


10. Pricing & Payments

  1. All prices are in AUD and include GST.
  2. Delivery fees are additional.
  3. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
  4. AMEX payments incur a 1.9% surcharge.


11. Discounts

  1. Discounts apply to product value only, not delivery.
  2. Only one promotion code may be used per order.
  3. Discounts cannot be applied after checkout, combined with other offers, or redeemed for cash.


12. Privacy & Security

  1. We collect personal data solely for fulfilling orders, competitions, or promotions.
  2. Information may be shared with third-party providers only where necessary (e.g. courier services).
  3. We do not sell or disclose customer data to third parties for marketing purposes.


13. Fraud

Fraudulent orders (e.g. under false names or with stolen credit cards) will be prosecuted.


14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Australian law. Any disputes will be resolved in Australian courts.


15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions).
